Brain Matters Research is a nationally recognized Center of Excellence in the field of Alzheimer’s disease, Mild Cognitive Impairment, Age Related Cognitive Decline, along with Cognitive Enhancement. It’s what we do. It’s who we are. It’s the reason we come to work every day. Yes, Brain Matters Research is a business. In our opinion, the most important business there is – the business with a mission of relieving pain, suffering and disease for you and your loved ones. We bring you the most comprehensive, current and ethical research, medical direction when needed to support you and your primary care physician or specialist in the community, and expedited access to best-in-class resources that you might not even be aware are available. This is a monumental disease that leaves lives shattered in its path. It’s not enough to “hope for a cure”. Brain Matters Research brings substance to that hope.

Our Center of Excellence is open to anyone affected by Alzheimer’s, other dementias and related memory disorders. No referral is needed, although many patients are sent to us from local primary care providers, specialists, Cleveland Clinic, University of Miami, FAU, Alzheimer’s Association, and others who recognize the role that a Center of Excellence plays in the fight against this disease. We schedule evaluations for those who have been given a diagnosis, those who feel they are at risk for the disease, those concerned they might be experiencing symptoms, as well as those who wish to learn more about the clinical research process. We aim to be a center where patients and families can form partnerships and be supported with innovative approaches to medical treatment, engagement with community resources and services and access to cutting-edge clinical trials.
